Sandra Justice
Senior Associate
Mr. Kolasinski brings extensive financial, operational and leadership experience in public, private and early stage organizations. Most recently as a business consultant and financial advisor, Mr. Kolasinski has led numerous companies through business growth, turnaround and reorganization efforts.
As COO and CFO of Puralytics, a disruptive early stage water purification technology company, Mr. Kolasinski raised capital and implemented financial and operational infrastructure to support the company’s rapid growth.
Previously, Mr. Kolasinski was President and CFO of United Pipe & Supply, a wholesale distributor of products and services to the water and wastewater industries, growing the company from $120 Million to $212 Million in Sales with over a 400% improvement in profitability.
He was also involved with three previous startups and served on the Board of Directors of PPV Bravo Environmental and @pos, Inc. Earlier, Mr. Kolasinski spent seven years with Price Waterhouse and holds a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin and is a CPA in the State of Wisconsin.
Ms. Justice is a serial entrepreneur with a deep knowledge and understanding of the issues and challenges faced by founders, owners and business leaders. As Senior Associate, she has been providing sales and financial support to clients in manufacturing and retail industries. She is assisting a number of clients with sales process and cash flow improvements.

As Founder and Owner, Ms. Justice successfully launched and ran a series of global online home decor stores, selling both direct to consumer and on a wholesale basis. Her product designs were featured in numerous Design Blogs and Magazines and she participated in a project with the Australian Government.

Previously Ms. Justice started and for 11 years led a successful and profitable brick and mortar retail clothing operation and was responsible for purchasing, marketing and finance. She earned a BS Degree from the University of Alabama.
Sidney Kolasinski
Associate
Ms. Kolasinski joined EMK Ventures in 2019 after earning her BS in Accounting from the University of Kansas. She brings strong analytic and social media skill set to her clients and is working on a new branding and product launch for one of our transformation projects.

Previous experience includes working as a Tutor in the University of Kansas Athletic Department and with Fox Sports and CBS Sports in Green Bay and Kansas City.
